This workshop will provide students with tips to format a resume based on their career goals. By the end of the workshop, students will also learn about additional resume writing assistance that the CREW Center offers.
This workshop will provide students with an overview of the CREW Center as well as tips and techniques for successful interviewing. By the end of the workshop, students will know how to prepare for an interview; be aware of common questions asked in an interview and how to respond appropriately; and understand what is expected of them after an interview.
This workshop will provide students with an overview of what behaviors are expected in the workplace. Students will also learn how to practice professionalism in the classroom.
This workshop will review helpful features on the TypeFocus career assessment; strategies to learn about career fields through job shadowing and informational interviewing; and how to use experiential learning opportunities tor gain related experiences. Students must complete the TypeFocus career assessment before participating in this workshop.
This workshop will provide students with strategies to market their skills and experiences online; learn the importance of developing a LinkedIn Profile and career portfolio; and understand basic strategies to maintain an online brand.
