Look no further as Transport Care Services is seeking to add a full-time para-transit Transportation Driver to our Louisville, KY team to help provide safe passenger transportation and support to our day-to-day transportation needs.

Essential Functions including, but not limited to:
Transporting all passengers to their destinations safely and on-time.
Ensuring the safety of all passengers.
Operating motorized lift (will provide training).
Maintaining safe and clean vehicle conditions.
Providing excellent customer service.
Communicating effectively with staff and passengers.
Remaining professional and respectful to our clients of all ages, gender and race.
Understand and follow driving laws, ordinances, and regulations.

Health and Safety: CDC Guidelines are followed. All vehicles are sanitized after each shift.


Training hours vary from scheduled shifts.
We provide onsite training, uniform shirts, a vehicle and radio communication.


Minimum of 3 years of driving experience; professional driving and transport experience is preferred.
Physical Requirement: Driver will be required to sit for prolonged periods of time in the duration of any shift. On average shifts last 8 hours but can fluctuate based on business needs and scheduled shift.
Weight/Lifting: On occasion, driver will be required to lift and/or hold at least 20lbs. as well as push or pull up to and sometimes more than 150lbs. In any case, some of the tasks encountered may include, but are not limited to: assisting passengers to and from, on and off of vehicle of all backgrounds including wheelchair and walker bound passengers etc. As well as, hooking and harnessing said passengers into vehicle.

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Active driver's license.
A clean driving record and background check.
You must be able to pass a DOT drug test, DOT physical exam, and a criminal background check.



Work Schedule

Set Hours — Monday-Sunday, 4:00am-12:00am, 5 days a week, 8 hrs per shift.


$17.00 per hour
