Description
You must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Kentucky to be considered for this position.




This management position oversees clinical nursing operations,staff, and patient care at the LMPHW Medication Oriented Recovery and Enhancement (MORE) Center. This clinic provides high-quality, evidence-based treatment services to individuals who struggle with addiction.


Develops new programs or services to address community health issues.
Prepares and presents information to health officials, the media and the public.
Provides oversight of professional contracted staff.
Exercises supervision over subordinate personnel.

Examples of Duties
CLINICAL SERVICES DIVISION
Performs examples of the work listed above in a clinical environment.
Develops and implements nursing service plans and other plans related to clinic operations.
Provides technical assistance, consultation, professional development, education and instruction concerning clinical service program operations and activities.
Performs related work.

Requirements


Minimum Requirements
CLINICAL SERVICES DIVISION.
Associate's Degree.
CLINICAL SERVICES DIVISION.
Seven years of clinical environment supervisory experience, including two years of managerial experience.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted, but must include seven years of clinical environment supervisory experience, including two years of managerial experience.

OTHER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
CLINICAL SERVICES DIVISION
Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Kentucky (KRS 314041).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Meets regular and punctual attendance standards and any special needs of the position as determined by management, including mandatory overtime and performing related work.
