Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, is headquartered in McKinney, TX. a suburb of Dallas. Dynacraft is a manufacturer of PACCAR medium- and heavy-duty truck parts sold under Kenworth and Peterbilt. For fifty years Dynacraft has provided the company’s truck divisions and PACCAR Parts division with high quality components, subassemblies, and specialized services. Dynacraft has production facilities in Louisville, KY, and McKinney, TX.
Operations Specialists play a crucial role in Dynacraft’s success. Dynacraft employee teams work closely together to manufacture and assemble components for PACCAR’s premium-quality Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks.
•Safety or steel toed shoes, safety glasses hearing protection are required
•Work stations have height adjustable tables
•No wet surfaces
•Limited use of solvents, detergents, and chemicals.
•Assembly of truck components using various automated equipment and hand tools.
•Follow all standardized work practices and visual operator guides for the given operation.
•Maintain housekeeping to ensure safe work practices.
•Keep parts organized to ensure proper usage, inventory, and placement.
•Alert the appropriate individuals of quality and safety concerns.
•Participate in safety programs, work safely, and report unsafe conditions and activities in a timely manner.
•Place proper bar-coding labels on interior components.
•Responsible for ensuring quality components are delivered to next operation.
•Performs other duties as required.
•Ability to use problem solving and analytical skills in a team environment.
•Requires considerable alertness and physical ability to ensure completion of detail and to prevent injury to self and others
•Concentration is always required to ensure quality of work.
•Must be able to perform while maintaining cycle times.
•Must be able to read and follow standardized work and visual operator guides.
•Must be able to lift sub-assembly from/to conveyance equipment.
•Standing 8-hours per day
•Use of hand, pneumatic and vibratory tools
•Use of machines with moving and cutting parts
•Push/pull/lift/carry can involve up to 35 lbs.
•May require repetitive wrist movement
•Ability to read and write English and be able to follow written and oral directions found on items such as build papers
•Must have excellent manual dexterity. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
Set Hours — 3:30pm -12am, Monday - Friday
Pay progressing to $22.35 per hour after 30 months based on performance. 401k with 5% match;
