Maintenance Technician

All Positions:

Perform work accurately and reliably with proper thoroughness according to established procedures.
Proper work ethic including being at work when scheduled, arriving to work on time, and being ready to work at the start of the work day or shift.

Maintenance Mechanic:
Complete repairs and maintenance of production equipment, support equipment, building and grounds.
Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment per the MAINTelligence system.
Perform housekeeping and sanitation as needed.
Complete welding tasks and use a cutting torch.
Complete any necessary pipefitting.
Install and relocate equipment as required.
Complete calibrations for various measuring devices.
Complete boiler maintenance and boiler water treatment.
Install minor electrical wiring and troubleshoot electrical problems.
Complete risk analysis prior to a job to identify safety hazards and fill out work permit.
Work in a team environment and cooperate with co-associates and leadership.
Actively participate in the Quality Improvement Process.
Perform work accurately and reliably with proper thoroughness according to established procedures.
Willing to work weekend overtime to do project and preventative maintenance work while equipment is down.
Train associates on the use of new equipment.
Coordinate and monitor contractors who are onsite for installations or maintenance.
Other duties as assigned


Strong mechanical aptitude.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Working knowledge of all production equipment.
Electrical system understanding.
Be able to work and troubleshoot problems individually.
Computer skills, including using the MAINTelligence and E1 systems.



Work Schedule

Set Hours — 3rd shift 11pm - 7am


$20 plus based on experience.
