JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the collections of past due accounts. This role also delivers billing to ORR Safety customers electronically, via email & upload to website. Additionally, the Collections Specialist answers calls from internal and external customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: All team members must embody the company mission to provide protection for people, property, and the environment in all aspects of their job. Collects on past due accounts. Responds to calls and emails within 24 hours. Delivers billing electronically to customers. Provides impeccable customer service to internal and external customers. Provides back-up for team members as needed.

Work Schedule

Set Hours — 8a-5p M-F


$15-$17/hour DOE

Required Education

High School Diploma — Associate degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred.
