This position is responsible for all areas of sales support and service for Terex Aftermarket Parts Phone Sales: sales orders, documentation, inquiries, troubleshooting, and administrative follow-through while working with the customer service team for order fulfillment.
Minimum: 2 years’ experience in a customer service or sales environment. Preferred Qualifications: MS Office including Intermediate level Excel. Experience working within a parts call center.
$18-$20 per hour depending on experience
