The New Loan Input Specialist II is responsible for new loan input & verification of interfacing/manually boarded consumer and interfaced/basic manually boarded commercial loans and performing various loan related duties while maintaining the expected results on the annual customer service survey as set forth by management.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Review loan documentation for specific information and understand the terms to perform all aspects involved regarding interfacing/manually board consumer and interfacing/basic manually boarded commercial loans within 48 hours of receipt.
•Responsible for learning more complex transactions of General Ledger entries by calculating and researching and entering all monetary transactions pertaining to new loan set up. Enter basic General Ledger entries.
•Verify accuracy of data boarded on new loans for loan applications.
•Review, research and enter file maintenance for multiple system applications.
•Respond to miscellaneous basic inquiries from clients and bank personnel. Escalate complex inquiries.
•Reconcile outages from multiple general ledger accounts within 48 hours and post transactions to the correct loan. Outages involve a basic consumer loan to a multi-million dollar commercial loan.
•Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting your position and area of responsibilities and actively learn new regulations and assist with implementation, if required.
•Complete requests from Title department to reconcile title funding differences involving monetary and loan maintenance. Research and enter title funding.
•Create, write, and key test scripts relating to standard transaction testing for acquired banks and Horizon IRB/Releases. Escalate errors to supervisor. May assist with periodic review of procedures.
•Convert ML Construction to new Permanent loan products in accordance with compliance and lending document information.
•Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting your position and area of responsibilities and actively learn new regulations and assist in the implementation, if required.

•Willingly perform other duties and projects as assigned. •Stay abreast of new developments, best practices, and statutory and regulatory changes. •Travel between Republic Banking facilities may be required.
