Quality Assurance Specialist and Data Support, IT

Within this position, you will:

-Manage tech needs org wide and work side by side with our outsourced IT company to perfect tech infrastructure

-Provide tech support and consulting for all staff, as well as be responsible for any tech-related training

-Create billing and demographic reports using Excel, as well as light data entry and tracking

-Correspond with case managers and state & federal compliance organizations to collect paperwork

-Consult staff on policies and procedure to maintain compliance

-Assist in maintaining our participant database

Education/Experience - Preferred, 2 year associates degree from accredited college or technical school, and a minimum one-year related experience. Equivalent combination of education, training, skills, and experience may be considered.

Language Skills - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondence; ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills - Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. The ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s; ability to perform these operations using units of American money.

Reasoning Skills - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished, written or oral instructions; ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Licenses/Certifications - Maintain valid driver’s license; current car insurance
