The Apprentice program will allow you the opportunity to work with experienced designers & engineers all the while learning and getting first hand exposure to the most advanced systems in product design today. These include, but are not limited to 3D printing, Model Based Design (MBD), Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), 3D Scanning, Virtual Reality, and many more cutting edge design technologies.
Create 3D CAD models using Parametric Technologies (PTC) Creo 4 software.
Engage in the process of developing the skills and knowledge required to fulfill all the task required of the CAD designer.
Work with experience designers & engineers to obtain a working knowledge of designing components & assemblies for conceptual analysis, testing and manufacturing.
Ability to accept varying workloads and maintain an aggressive learning curve.
Participate and pass multiple rotations in order to complete the apprenticeship.
Must have a general understanding of 3D CAD modeling. Desire and ability to learn. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Set Hours — Monday-Friday 8A-5P
