Looking for PASSIONATE AND DEDICATED cooks for a restaurant in an upscale A.L. facility in Sellersburg, Indiana.

Requirements

Be self-directed! Being familiar with line work, short order cooking methods for meal service. Serve-Safe certified preferred but not necessary. Ability to learn new food technics and concepts. Knowledgeable in understanding kitchen functions, technical terms and language.

Required Education

Some college — Diploma from accredited Culinary School or currently in culinary school or three years upscale restaurant kitchen, or equivalent experience.
