Real Estate Intern

Commonwealth Homes Group

Commonwealth Homes Group is a real estate team under the umbrella of Keller Williams Louisville. We have an Administrator, and two licensed agents who cover Kentucky, Indiana, and Commercial properties. This year, Commonwealth Homes Group has exploded: we have over 20 deals pending at the moment, we are raked in the top 5% of realtors in the greater Louisville area, and our current projections indicate that we should generate more than $20 million in sales during 2018. Interns will help plan and implement large-scale marketing initiatives, attend Keller Williams Ignite Classes, and complete hosts of other tasks beneficial to one's academic and professional careers. Because Keller Williams works to unify all of the smaller groups under its umbrella, interns will even help out some of the other "teams" that occupy our office space. Needless to say, there is never a shortage of meaningful work to be done.

- Assist with the open house and transaction processes
- Network and learn about the industry at KREIA-sanctioned events
