Responsible for maintaining the integrity and operational status of all monitoring systems utilized by Information Security. Responsible for technical evaluations of critical security assets and participating in the review of third party solutions (hardware and software).
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the configuration and application of updates to existing systems.
Assist in the configuration and deployment of new systems. Responsible for the administration of user access privileges to security systems. Deploy agents (where applicable) and monitor system health of existing systems. Work with support from multiple vendors to optimize performance of existing systems. Monitor licensing of security systems. Look for innovative ways to streamline the flow of work. Willingly perform all other duties and projects as assigned. Stay abreast of new developments, best practices, and statutory and regulatory changes. Travel between Republic Banking facilities may be required. Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum one year previous experience in IT or Information Security preferred. Minimum one year previous experience with SIEM, DAM, WAF, DLP, anti-malware, eGRC, and vulnerability scanning systems preferred. Previous experience with networking required /application development preferred. Previous experience with firewall/IPS/IDS preferred. Previous experience with various transmission protocols required. Experience with data loss prevention, logging, and SIEM applications preferred. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Must be self-motivated and also work in a team environment. Must have excellent verbal and effective written communication skills for interaction with bank associates, vendors, and other security personnel. Strong attention to detail & organizational skills. Excellent troubleshooting skills - demonstrated ability to objectively evaluate and solve a problem. Ability to quickly learn new software systems. Requires a high energy level and strong sense of urgency; ability to work with situations on a “rush” notice.
