Job Summary:

The Customer Solutions Project Manager is responsible for delivering critical implementation projects according to defined business scope and requirements. This role will partner closely with internal associates and business users in a highly collaborative, exciting, and fast paced atmosphere. A passion for learning about customer needs, project management tools and best practices will be essential. Great communication, collaboration and empathy skills are needed to ensure company progress and achievement of goals.

You will be expected to:

Oversee the lab and pilot process for new customer opportunities.
Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to implement QSR software and hardware into test locations.
Collaborate with Product Team to share relevant customer feedback on QSR’s products.
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other team members.
Manage deadlines to ensure lab and pilot projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results, leading to rollouts.
Lead the coordination, planning and execution on projects.
Track project performance.

Requirements

Required:

3-5+ years of project management experience.
A track record of accomplishments managing multiple competing projects.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-starter, high level of initiative, proven proactive thinker who’s ready to hit the ground running.
Highly detail oriented with superb organizational and time management skills.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook.
Ability and willingness to collaborate.
Desired:

Previous experience with QSR products or restaurant/hospitality POS systems is helpful, but not required.
