Taylor Homes is looking for a Marketing Administrator to add to our team; our long-standing Marketing Coordinator is retiring after nearly 20 years of dedicated service to our team. Our ideal candidate will have solid computer and social media skills, as well as excellent communication and people skills. As a Marketing Administrator for Taylor Homes, the qualified candidate must be detailed oriented, organized, pro-active, willing to bring new ideas to the table, friendly and a team player.
Responsibilities
• Process leads and prepare weekly lead reports
• Maintain an inventory of sales support materials and verify accuracy of all resources
• Create new marketing material/content as needed
• Plan trade shows, events and year end meeting
• Accurately track all marketing expenses
• Create and send monthly email campaigns
• Craft clear product marketing copy
• Order and track support marketing material: signs, shirts, plaques, mugs, business cards, etc.
• Edit photos, maintain storage of photos and relay photos to web site/social media team

Requirements

Requirements
• Proven work experience in the Marketing field or similar role
• Professional and positive attitude
• Professional Dress/ Casual
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Residential construction experience is a PLUS, but not required
