Call Center Account Specialist

Description

We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our clients and individuals with outstanding financial obligations. The successful candidate will be able to effectively problem solve, maintain accurate data entry, and negotiate on behalf of our clients, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision.

Responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner
-Follow communication “scripts”
-Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by providing exceptional customer service
-Maintain accurate records of calls and relevant data
-Meet personal/team quantitative and qualitative targets

-Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
-Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
-High school diploma or equivalent
