The Opportunity...
Our Louisville Distribution Hub is hiring Quality Assurance Associates to join our team. Our warehouse culture is like no other. QA Associates are responsible for ensuring all orders are accurately picked, run through the quality assurance process, packaged, and shipped.
Review pack lists to ensure contents of each order are properly included in each package.
Responsible for maintaining the levels of shipping materials and notifying the appropriate party when supplies are low.
Responsible for packaging inventory including boxing up and sealing materials to be sent.
Utilize an online exceptions management system to communicate with clients.
Work with other fulfillment departments to see that all eligible packages are able to be sent out.
Perform other duties as required to meet business needs.

6+ months of experience as aand picker/packer.
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
Acute attention to detail.
Ability to use basic tools and equipment such as skate wheel rollers, dock carts, and hand-held scanners.
Ability to discern numbers and information in order to sort packages correctly.
Demonstrated sense of accountability and problem resolution.
Intermediate PC skills.
Excellent attendance/punctuality and ability to work overtime, as required.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively in both a written and oral form with a diversity of individuals in multiple functional areas.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within a fast-paced environment.



Work Schedule

Set Hours — Monday-Friday, 12:15 pm - 9:00 pm
