The Nurse will be responsible for dispensing the proper dose of medication to each patient as prescribed by the Medical Director or Clinical Physician. Nurses ensure accountability in medication, assist in the screening of patients, keep in close contact with counselors regarding patients’ progress. Reports to the Medical Director. Program Director, and Clinical Director.
Licensed as a LPN in Kentucky. Experience and understanding of chemical addiction is preferable.

Set Hours — 5AM-1PM Monday-Friday. Rotating weekends, 6AM-8AM Saturday, 6AM-8AM Sunday
