2. Be responsible for assisting President and Project Manager with office duties.
3. Create job files.
4. Write contracts.
5. Will help with drafting of meeting agenda and meeting minutes.
6. Track cost sheets in excel format.
7. Knowledge about Quickbooks may be helpful.
8. Answer phone and return calls.
9. Help with PowerPoint presentations.
Must be able to work in the U.S.
Must possess their means of transportation. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
Must be proficient with English language.
Experience is helpful but will not count against applicant.
Set Hours — Should be able to work from Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
