You'll tailor their experience by building clear and concise databases of medical records and documents, updating personal information, and creating orders for their prescriptions. You’ll do this by developing and maintaining a productive relationship with your dedicated team, while providing quality care and exercising a mastery of tools and skills. Primary Responsibilities: Positions in this function are responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers. Build detailed profiles for new patients, identifying key information and managing records into a cohesive product. Evaluate and process all prescriptions and other documents for patients, payers, and providers--and assigning them appropriately and promptly. This team is responsible for initiating the work flow for the company. Maintain and update all patient records and files by using the most current information to ensure accurate service. Create medication delivery orders for incoming prescriptions while providing the utmost attention to detail and efficiency. Route and triage all incoming patient documents pertaining to patients’ prescriptions, medical records, health insurance, and personal information into a clear and effective database that provides quality care to every patient.

Requirements

Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications. Strong attention to detail. Excellent problem solving.

Work Schedule

Flexible - Will work with applicant — This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday- Saturday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 7:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
