An IT Help Desk Analyst job in Louisville, KY is available courtesy of Modis. In this role you will provide quality customer service and technical assistance to computer users via telephone and email. You will receive, log, and trouble shoot all IT service requests and provide status updates on problem resolution. The Salary for this position will depend on experience in the field.
Job responsibilities include:
Troubleshoot user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.
Maintains records of daily communication transaction, problems, and actions taken and follows up on any unresolved issues
Provides top quality customer service by assisting employees with problems that occur.
Escalates problems to second level support when needed.
Professional Certifications such as MCSE, A+, CAN, CNE, HDI, or ITIL preferred. Prior experience with customer service or IT trouble shooting required_
Set Hours — First shift
$15- $17/hr depending on experience
