Support Technician Opportunities in Louisville




Our client, a premier computer company, is looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and skilled Customer Service Representative professionals in the Louisville area. Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.


-3 years of experience in the field of help desk, technical support, CSR, etc. or in a related area.
-Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.



Work Schedule

Set Hours — [2 Shifts] 8 AM - 5 PM, 12 PM - 9 PM

Required Education

High School Diploma — Associate's degree (or higher) in a related area preferred, not required if candidate is experienced enough.
