• Answer phones and filter calls
• Manage executive's schedules
• Open and distribute mail
• Assist HR and office in translating – Bilingual English/Spanish
• Check receipts to bills- PNC, Home Depot, Lowe’s
• Order supplies as needed

Requirements

• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Advanced computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with fast-paced environment

Full-time

Work Schedule

Set Hours — Monday - Friday option of working 7-4 or 8-5

Salary is dependent upon experience
