Assist the Dining Facility Manager in the daily operations of a military dining facility; ensures operations are performed in accordance with all ARMY food service related regulations and publications. Ensures safety measures are followed at all times and all assigned employees are properly trained to tasks. Ensures company policy and procedures are followed and employee performance is evaluated. Salary commensurate with experience level and job performance. This position requires a full government background check by the National Agency Check and Inquiry which includes finger printing.
Qualified managers will be able to pass all background checks and have within the past 10 years, 3 years of experience working in a large food service operation providing cafeteria style or multi-entrée operation complete meal service that includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Military food service experience in the pay grade of E7 or above may be credited as management experience for this position. Applicants should be able to provide satisfactory past performance ratings via written evaluations and recommendations, and a current Servsafe Certificate.
