Description

We are looking to train and bring along the right individual.

What you will do:
Management of existing account base, while actively soliciting new business opportunities in , as well as prospect for and acquire new business in all Koch customer markets.

How you will do it:
• Establish rapport and develop solid relationships with key customer contacts.
• Present training sessions to educate customers and prospective customers about Koch filter products.
• Conduct surveys of filters applications in the field to make appropriate recommendations for improvements
• Prospect for and acquire new business in all Koch customer markets

• Meet and exceed sales, price, and margin targets.
• Maintain weekly sales and expense reports.
• Provide management direction and support to local account managers, customer service representatives, and order entry personnel within each region.

We are a manufacturer of world class high efficiency air filtration products.

We are looking to bring on a candidate that has the desire and ability to grow in a somewhat technical sales role in the HVAC/Air Filtration industry.

Training will be provided to understand customer service, sales process, sales technique, competitive analysis, problem solving and technical training

To perform this job successfully, the successful candidate should have working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power Point

Demonstrated ability to give presentations and make successful outside sales calls.

Work Schedule

Set Hours — This is a full time career position that typically evolves around a 8-5 schedule with hours subject to change depending on trade shows or field travel. Based out of our corporate campus in Louisville, KY. Territory will be local within the state of KY and Southern Indiana.

Required Education

Associate Degree — We are looking for individuals that are outgoing, mature, can balance work time, and problem solvers that are ready to learn the sales process and establish a career.
