PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Manufacture, build and assemble equipment made by the Company, such as: Radio Frequency and Microwave Generators, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Presses, Ovens, Applicators, Conveyors, etc.
BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The job will involve occasional interaction with customers and suppliers. Teamwork will be required frequently. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Installing components such as pumps, motors, radiators, fans, air switches, valves, chokes and drive mechanisms.
2. Responsible for layout, cutting, sanding, deburring, drilling and tapping.
3. Installing plumbing using flexible tubing as well as ridged pipe.
4. Painting and crating, when needed.
TOOLS TO USE: Tape measures, drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, taps, etc.
MACHINES TO USE: Band saws, benders, drill press, pipe threading, etc.
OCCASIONAL DUTIES: As requested by Management.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Three to five years machine shop, electrical wiring of industrial machinery and trouble shooting experience required. Must be familiar with the National Electric Code applicable to industrial equipment.
PHYSICAL STRENGTH REQUIRED: Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
TRAVEL: Some travel may be required to assist or supervise the installation and service.
SUPERVISION: Should perform regular duties with a minimum of supervision.

High School Diploma
High School Diploma, Technical School or Associate Degree in Engineering is a plus. Blue print reading and interpretation is mandatory.
