Our agency is looking for a Customer Service Representative to help assist our clients with managing their home, auto, and other policies.

The following our duties that would be performed.


Process customer policy change requests.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Take premium payments from customers.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
Maintains inventory of office supplies and forms - places orders weekly.
Claims follow up calls.
Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems
Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals
Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe

Requirements

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Must have ability to multi-task.
A property & casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
Professional phone etiquette.
Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
Great Customer Service Skills.
Problem-Solving Capabilities.
Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
Be able to obtain or currently possess a property & casualty insurance license
Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe

Work Schedule

Set Hours — Monday - Friday Schedule.

Salary

$11 to $15 hourly

Benefits

Our agency offers a stipend for at employees choosing benefits that include accident, disability, or cancer insurance policies. A life insurance benefit is included as well.

Required Education

High School Diploma — You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance License within a set amount of time.
