As a Human Resources Analyst on the Talent & Performance Management team, you will provide administrative and staff support services during the Mid-Year Check-In cycle. You will help administer the program that facilitates positive and forward looking performance and development conversations between leaders and their teams.
You will be responsible for ensuring the project plan gets executed by the responsible teams: communications, HR Strategic Systems, Human Capital Analytics, and various other HR partners.
You will use your passion for learning to help create a productive team environment.

-Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and browsing the Internet
