POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
The Imaging Supervisor is responsible for supervising all functions of the imaging and file area. This includes leading and motivating department in achieving quality metrics, operational production, coaching and development to achieve or exceed objectives by providing clear direction and fostering teamwork.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor’s degree in a business related field or equivalent work experience required.
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an imaging environment required.
•Minimum of 1 year previous supervisory experience and proven leadership ability required.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Internet applications and Portable Document Format (PDF).

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Exhibit strong leadership presence by engaging staff in modeling and setting clear expectations. Maintain a high level of cooperation and rapport with all employees in order to ensure accurate and efficient operations and service.
•Recruit and retain high performing employees that will drive results by achieving and exceeding departmental goals.
•Ensure all tasks are being completed and that allotted time frames are met for work.
•Develop new procedures as needed. Maintain procedures, assuring all are up to date and that all associates are following those procedures as outlined.
•Lead production, quality, time lines and employee performance by establishing qualitative and quantitative measures.
•Comprehend complex issues, identify business impacts and provide resources necessary to resolve in depth research requests.
•Oversee weekly/daily reporting of work for performance tracking.
•Provide monthly reports to management concerning area, work, issues, development, and projects.
•Assure that associates have all paid out loans imaged prior to storage.
•Maintain and monitor the shipment of paid off loans to storage on a monthly basis.
•Assist management with the development of other area’s to implement a paperless process.
•Know compliance responsibilities and particular requirements affecting your area of responsibility incorporate these requirements into your business processes and procedures, perform periodic self-assessments including corrective action as needed, and assure appropriate training to associates regarding these responsibilities and procedures.
•Willingly performs all other duties and projects as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this position, the associate is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The associate frequently is required to stand or walk. The associate is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move 25 - 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, and distance vision. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Imaging Specialist
•Imaging Specialist II
•Imaging/Collateral Release Specialist II

Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
•Travel between Republic Banking facilities is required.
•Requires a flexible work schedule that will include some evenings and weekend work.
•Stay abreast of new developments, best practices and regulatory changes, including participation in all training provided.
•Occasional out-of-town travel is required.
