. Provide courteous customer service to our JCL Staff
. Monitor and respond to helpdesk tickets
. Audio visual equipment set up and maintenance
. Maintain toner and supplies for copiers and printers
. Maintain organized inventory of hardware
. Assist with hardware installation, troubleshooting and repair
. Assist with software installation, configuration, training and troubleshooting (Microsoft Office, internal database applications)
. High energy
. Attention to detail
. Good organizational skills
. Flexible schedule (mostly Mon-Fri daytime, but occasional nights and weekends may be required)
. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs., kneel, bend, crawl, and climb a ladder
Other — 20-25 hours per week, mostly Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. The schedule can vary occasionally to include some later evenings or weekends, depending upon the needs of the employer. Can be somewhat flexible to meet the employee's scheduling needs.
