Fisher & Hinnant, a Midwest Orthotics company is accepting applications for a full-time (Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) Patient Service Representative. The PSR will perform a variety of administrative and support staff duties, which may include but are not limited to: Answer and direct inquiries from patients; coordinate patient appointments, data entry and general office work. The PSR may also act as a liaison between patients, insurance companies and facilitates communication between the patients and Orthotist.

The candidate must also be a team player and have the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Requirements include: One to three years of administrative office experience; computer literacy and the ability to learn medical software. Previous experience working with insurance companies in a medical environment is preferred.



Work Schedule

Set Hours — 4 day work week Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p. m.
