Easy Connect LLC provides Call Center, Overflow and Transfer services for different marketing and technology organizations located throughout the United States.
• Answer incoming calls from potential customers looking for TV service.
• Listen to callers' needs, and find the right solution for their need.
• Manage client relationship from initial call through installation.
• Goal Oriented – act with a sense of urgency to meet goals.
• Interpersonal Skills – communicate and relate well to all kinds of people.
• Strong Time Management – stay on task, answer calls, and enter accurate information.
• At least one year experience in sales and/or call center experience is required.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Enjoy meeting and exceeding customer needs.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Computer / Internet usage experience.
• Willing to work Saturdays as required by the needs of the business.

Full-time and/or Part-time
Flexible - Will work with applicant — This is a great position for college students, recent grads and others! Shifts Available: Full Time: 3pm-Midnight Part Time: 8pm-Midnight
