Customer/Technical Service Technician

Isopure Corp is seeking a Customer Service/Technical Supoort Technician who will provide first response for all end user requests and issues. This role monitors, troubleshoots, and documents issues with end user devices.

What You’ll Do:

Answer end user requests received via phone and email.
Track and document all support requests using proper document control procedures.
Troubleshoot FDA approved water treatment and concentrate equipment manufactured by Isopure Corp, include Booster Pump, PVC Pipe Layout, Water Purification Tanks, Bicarbonate Mixer, Acid Distribution System.
Create Quotes and Sales orders for customer orders within our MRP system.
Participate in and support new corporate initiatives.
Escalate incidents to upper tier support or management as needed.
Handle support requests effectively and on time.
Research questions/issues using available information resources.
Preserve and grow your knowledge of all devices.
May occasionally be required to provide support after main hours to complete support and project tasks (optional).
May need to travel and provide onsite service in different states in US.
Additional or different functions may be added and/or assigned as needed.

Requirements

Skills You’ll Need To Have:

Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills.
Basic troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical users.
Ability to provide troubleshooting and configuration assistance over the phone.
Must be able to work independently and troubleshoot problems without supervision or assistance.
Strong interpersonal skills, you will be directly interacting with other employees on a daily basis.
Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.
Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
Multitasking skills and ability to work in a potentially stressful environment.
