Help Desk Support Technician (2nd Shift)

Description

Win 10 / Dell project - could end up turning into full-time position. Shift will 11am - 7pm shift.
This position will support the Field Tech equipment as outlined below.
-As a whole, help desk and depot personnel will take calls from the customer and will follow customer processes to resolve the issues.
-Hardware will be provided and maintained per customer processes.

Help Desk Support Duties:
a) Answer incoming calls from the Field Technicians
b) Resolve issues following customer provided procedures
c) Document issue and resolution in customer provided ticketing system
d) Expedite issues that are unable to be fixed at the help desk
e) Maintain the incoming call announcement Serve as backup to Depot Services
a) In Warranty / Out of Warranty Repairs per customer provided procedures
b) Process incoming and outgoing shipments
c) Test and configure equipment to be deployed to end users
