Requirements

We have both first and second shift opportunities with Bose. The hours are as follows:

1st shift electronics and repair - 7:00 am to 3:30 pm plus overtime. Pay rate to start: $12.75/HR

1st shift electronics assembly and repair - 7:00 am to 3:30 pm plus overtime. Pay rate to start: $14.00/HR - $16.00/HR

2nd shift electronics assembly and repair - 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM with overtime. $14.00/hr - $16.00/HR + most likely 10% shift differential.

2nd shift logistics/warehousing - 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM with overtime. $14.03/HR.


Job Descriptions:

Assembler – Repair Specialist/Technicians

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Able to repair all types of audio products from customer returns.
Identify and troubleshoot failed units through root cause analysis.
Able to repair failed units to the point of disposition per Customer Service requirements.
Identify process issues and drive corrective action.
Work with Engineering concerning process improvements and data collection.
Work with Manufacturing Technicians to solve problems.
Soldering experience desired (Any certification is a plus)
HS Diploma or GED
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.


Electronics and Repair

A certificate or diploma from a vocational program , technical school, or college in the field of either: electronics, electrical / mechanical repair, or similar field is preffered.
Experience or formal training in AC-DC electrical/electronics required
Functional knowledge and application of a multi -meter
Ability to demonstrate proficiency using AC /DC electrical multi-meter for troubleshooting
Repair and/or RMA experience

HS Diploma or GED required
Must be able to work over time if needed.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check


Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse

Proper documentation control of all receipts, issues, moves, and inventoried products required at all times to ensure integrity of the inventory. Reconciling records between product that is received and product disposition/shipped.
Verifying quantities and locations, troubleshooting shortages to ensure smooth functioning of the lines, and data entry of transactions on SAP. Recording products placed in inventory or processed to customer through use of bar code equipment, scanners, and PCs.

Maintaining a safe, clean and organized warehouse.
Committed to quality customer service and teamwork
Engage in the lean principles such as Kaizens, PDCAs, and 5S
Follow all documented procedures for warehouse processes
Develop an understanding of numerous process areas through cross training
Will use a wide range of powered and non powered equipment in order to efficiently and safely move material

Skills:
Warehouse, scanning, shipping, receiving
Forklift experience preferred
Motorized Pallet Jack
Picking product using RF Scan gun
HS Diploma or GED required
Must be able to work over time if needed.
Criminal background check required
